However, if you can go to a gym then you should definitely start doing sets of bench presses and seated chest presses. In order to do seated chest presses, sit with your back flat against the machine and push the weights outwards horizontally and return to initial position. Do at least 3-4 sets of 8 reps each. To do bench presses, lie flat on your back on the bench and push the weights upwards while keeping your back pressed to the bench. Again, perform at least 3-4 sets of 8 reps each.
