As Catsoda mentioned it’s actually very common for young men going through puberty to develop man boobs, this will happen to about 50% of all men during that time, and it can last until you’re 17 or 18 years old.
Some young mens bodies are more sensitive to the changing hormones levels in there bodies during puberty and that is why they develop man boobs.
Of course you should stay fit and active during this time it will help keep you in shape and keep your man boobs in check.
You should also avoid consuming too much alcohol or taking any type of anabolic steriods or street drugs becuase some of the side effects can be bigger man boobs!
Consult with your doctor if you notice any of the following:
One breast bigger than the other.
If any fluid begins leaking from the nipples
If your breasts are painful to the touch
If you over 18 and still have large man boobs
